Content
So after the last video I posted regarding 60 000 job vacancies in Canada with lmia approvals, I got some messages to also talk about recruitment agencies in Canada with sponsorship and relocation support.
If you haven't seen that video, yet the link is up in the card and I will also drop the link in the description of this video.
So you can check it out.
So I did some research and I discovered three recruitment agencies in Canada that can match you with a job.
They have skilled and unskilled jobs in different occupations, even Libra's jobs.
Two of these recruitment agencies are willing to sponsor and offer relocation support to qualified applicants according to what is written on their website.
Why? The other one is sponsor yourself: jobs, which means, if you get an offer right, you can apply for a Visa and sponsor yourself to Canada, but please I would advise you.
Do your independent research just to be guided properly before applying, but before we proceed if you're, seeing my pretty face for the first time, you are welcome.
My name is Amy and I have different videos on immigration studying abroad, relocation, visas, conferences, any information that has to do with immigration right.
You will find them on my channel.
So if you love content like this, you may want to subscribe to my channel for more informative videos.
Also, don't forget to turn on the notification Bell, so you always get to know whenever I post a new video, please give this video a massive thumbs up, so that YouTube can recommend it to others.
It is also a good way to support my channel.
You can as well share my videos with your friends and your loved ones and keep watching hello, guys you're welcome to immigrate with army.
We want to talk about job opportunities in Canada and in this video we'll be showing you guys, three recruitment agencies in Canada that actually helps when it comes to job offers in Canada, apart from getting a job and moving to Canada as a temporary foreign worker.
If you have a job offer, this actually gives you additional points that can be applied to your comprehensive ranking score on the Canada Express entry.
Okay and as a result of that job offer it's easy for you to actually immigrate directly to Canada as a permanent residence.
So when we talk about the jobs in Canada or when we publish this information about where you can find jobs in Canada, they are not just looking at you guys going as temporary foreign workers.
This is also a pathway more or less for people to immigrate as permanent residents.
Okay, especially if you already have an active Express entry profile, if you don't I would suggest, in fact, I will strongly suggest that you should always have one, because having an active, Express entry profile, actually opens you up to a lot of opportunities in Canada.
If you need support on that, you can reach out to immigrate with army, and then we can have like a one-on-one session with you.
Okay, back to the topic of the day, I will be showing you guys three platforms where you can find jobs in Canada.
One of this platform is actually a recruitment agency that helps foreign workers to find jobs in Canada.
Okay, so that will be the third one that I'll be talking about.
Okay, so the first two are more or less portals or platforms where jobs are posted, employers post their jobs there, and then you can apply for jobs there, but the third one that I'm going to talk about towards the end of the video is actually a recruitment agency that specializes in finding the right jobs for foreign workers who are looking to find or who are looking to come to Canada as temporary foreign workers.
So, let's start with the first one, so first one is Outpost: that's the name of the platform.
Okay, it's a recruitment platform in Canada and on this recruitment platform you can actually find a job.
So basically, most of the jobs on this Outpost portal are more focused in building construction contractors.
Subcontractors, developers consultant and stuff like that, so anything that has to do with engineering that has to do with you know: construction management, project management.
These are most of the jobs that you can find here on outpost.
Okay, now.
Another thing that you can do on this Outpost is that you can create an employment profile and once you have your profile submitted, they can match you with jobs based on what skills that the employers are looking for in Canada.
Okay.
So if you want to do that from their home page, okay, you can just click on create my employment profile and you'll, be able to fill in your information and also attach your profile.
That is your resume or your CV, okay, and then, once your profile is submitted, they will be able to actually match you with job openings in Canada.
Okay, let's take a look quickly at some of the jobs.
You can see that most of this job are in the area or the sectors that are highlighted earlier on so in project management, in building construction, consultancy, services and stuff like that.
Okay, so those are the jobs that you can mostly find there.
So you can see the job, you can see the location and you can see the pay range of the jobs.
This first one is for an electrical designer or an engineer in building or in design.
Consultancy.
Okay, so that's what the role is about it's in Vancouver, so it's in different locations, so you can see Vancouver Toronto, Edmonton, Calgary Victoria! You can see the salary range as well.
You can also see the job description.
The job summary.
What I want to show you guys is in the information regarding the ideal candidate, so basically this employer.
Of course they are looking for people in Canada, which is usually the process.
An employer needs to find people in Canada first before they look outside Canada, okay.
However, this employer has already highlighted here that if they find an exceptional candidate- okay who requires sponsorship, then they would actually consider such person for this role.
Okay, so if you are a foreign worker, if you think that your profile is exceptional, then you can apply for this position and the employer will consider actually sponsoring you, let's check out the second job.
This is for an operations manager in the area of infrastructure and civil contractor okay, so they need an operations manager, so they they are looking for an experienced operations manager with eight plus years of experience on a large civil and infrastructure project.
So you can actually see you know more information about the job.
You can see the key accountabilities, the duties and responsibilities.
The qualifications I also want to show you the ideal candidate.
Okay, of course, they are looking for someone who is already within Canada, but if they find an exceptional candidate, this employer is also willing to provide sponsorship to those candidates.
Okay, so just for you to know that, depending on the strength of your profile, okay, the employer can actually sponsor you for this opportunity.
So that's the first one Outpost.
You can also check out the other jobs they have.
The second one is called Drake International.
This is actually a global leader in flexible and prominent Staffing, but they provide Talent Management Solutions.
In other words, they help Employers in Canada to fill up employment, sports or open vacancies in the organization.
Okay.
So basically, they help to maximize the potential of human capital assets.
So you can check out.
You know their web page for more information about Drake International.
We are more interested in the open jobs.
Okay.
So if you go to the open positions, you would see quite a number of jobs across different locations in Canada.
Okay, as you can see here in Kingston, in Quebec and so on, and so forth.
Okay, so I've opened one or two jobs just for us to see how they display their job vacancy.
So this is for a general laborer, it's based in Kingston in Ontario, and you can see that the job was just posted on the 28th of June right.
You can also see the salary range of the job.
You can see the job description you can see what they are offering as well, what you will be doing, who you are and stuff like that? Okay.
So if you are interested in this particular job, there's a green applied tab here, just click on it and submit your profile to Drake International.
Another opportunity they have right here is for a yard attendant.
Okay, you can also see the information this is based in Quebec in Canada.
You can see they offer what they are offering all right.
You can see the responsibilities attached to this job.
You can see what they are looking for in their ideal candidate, and you can see the working conditions as well.
Okay, so basically, Drake is a platform where you can find jobs and apply for such jobs in Canada as well.
The third one which I want to speak about is I would say the most important in this video.
It's called Island.
Recruiting reason why they're important is because it it's not just a platform where you can find jobs.
They actually offer job placement and relocation support service for people who are currently outside Canada, so skilled workers who are looking for jobs in Canada.
They offer that service they can match with employers.
They can find you a job.
They will help you through the relocation process.
Of course, most likely you'll have to pay for their services.
Okay, we are not affiliated with them, but we think you know it's a good portal where you can actually check out the opportunities that are available.
The thing is that you can contact them.
You can submit your profile when they reach out to you, you'll be able to ask more information about their terms and their conditions, but we can take a look at some of the people they have helped.
So you can see this one.
For example, this is a registered nurse who came all the way from Philippines to Canada.
What she has to say is that the wonderful staff at Island recruiting placed me in a skilled position that the province of Prince, Edward Island, had identified labor shortage, so basically I think their focus is more in the areas where there are labor shortages, which makes it easy for them to be able to consider candidates that are outside Canada okay, so they were able to actually find a placement for this registered nurse all the way from Philippines he or she was able to immigrate to Prince Edward Island.
So beyond handling all the paperwork.
They assisted my family with finding an apartment and sin registration, so, in addition to work placement, they also offer relocation support for you and your family okay.
So you can read some of the testimonials here on the candidate testimonials page, okay, but beyond that you can read more information about what they offer to people, because so, basically they are into managing Outsourcing, recruiting and HR Partnerships.
Okay, so basically they take that burden of employers.
They help employers to find the right candidate outside Canada.
They work with employers to identify which of those candidates have the best fit profile, and then they support that candidate to get a job and then to relocate to Canada.
Basically, that is what they do.
If you would like to explore this opportunity, the best way to start it by submitting your resume or your profile to them.
Okay, so, as you can see on their portal, we're always looking to meet talented individuals like you, please complete the following information and attach your resume okay.
So basically, they have a form here with your buyer data, your name first and last name your email, your phone number, if you're currently employed and then you can attach your resume and also drop some comments.
Okay and then you can submit so once you submit, they will have access to your profile.
They will check your profile.
They will reach out to you and you guys can kick start the process.
Okay, so that, basically, that is where to start your journey with Island recruiting, in addition to you know, reaching out to them for job placement and relocation support.
They also have some job posters on their website.
So if you go to job Seekers, you will see current opportunities right if you click on that, it's going to open up some current jobs for which they're looking for the right candidate.
Okay.
So if you have an excellent profile, you can actually apply for some of these opportunities.
Okay, so you can see them here: Child, Protection, social worker operations, manager, director of child protection services and so on and so forth.
Okay, so I opened like two of those jobs.
I opened two of those jobs.
The first one is for a registered nurse.
You can also see some of the information right here about the qualifications, the responsibilities and other useful information.
Now, if you want to apply to them, you can do that via emails.
Just send that email with your application pack to recruit at islanderrecruiting.com.
Okay, this other position is for an experienced operations manager.
You can also see the role the requirement remuneration and then how to apply also is via email.
So it's the same.
Email address all right.
They are saying that you should include the job title in your subject line, and then they look forward to hearing from you so basically, depending on what the recruiter wants.
Some of this job publisher are only for candidates who are within Canada for other jobs.
They will consider people who are currently outside Canada, okay, but much more than just taking a look at the job opportunities.
Island recruiting is actually an expert when it comes to finding jobs for candidates outside Canada and then helping them with relocation support and you can reach out to them.
If you are interested in using or enlisting their services, okay, so guys, we've been talking about three different platforms: okay, we spoke about outposts, we spoke about Drake, International and then the top one we spoke about Island recruiting.
So you will drop the links.
Okay in the video description, you can check out these three platforms.
You can apply for jobs and we hope that everything works out for you.
Thank you so much guys for watching.
Don't forget that immigrate to tell me, as a one-on-one consultation looking to be great to Canada.
You don't know where to start, you need some form of hand-holding or you need someone to help.
You explore your profile and suggest you know Pathways to you or you want to apply.
You need someone to actually help you or to guide you in the application.
You can request for that.
Of course it's a paid service, but it's very cheap and those who have attended those sessions will actually testify that you know they gained a lot and it was worth the time and the money that they invested in it.
So we'll be looking forward to hearing from you.
If you're interested, we suggest that you use our services, of course, because we're always willing to support you.
Okay, if you have not subscribed, make sure you subscribe, it's always good for you to have access to all of the information we are sharing, make sure you also click on the like button.
It shows that we appreciate what we are doing here.
Thank you so much guys and have a lovely day, bye.
